These boilerplate terms govern access to and use of BOG Field. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity performed by members you invite to your workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to store unlawful content, to document property you are not authorized to access, or to attempt to bypass access controls.
Your content
You retain ownership of the assignments, notes and photographs you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
Nature of reports
Reports produced with BOG Field are visual documentation of observed conditions. They are not a professional inspection, appraisal, or engineering opinion unless the person producing them is separately licensed and states so.
Share links
Share links are unlisted and can be revoked. Anyone with an active link can view that report, so distribute links only to intended recipients.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
