Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This policy explains what information BOG Field collects when you use the platform, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. It is provided as general boilerplate and should be reviewed by your own counsel before public launch.
Information we collect
Account details such as your name, email address, phone number and company details; content you create in the platform, including assignments, checklists, notes, observations and photographs; and basic technical data such as device type, browser and log timestamps used to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use information
To operate your workspace, authenticate users, deliver assignments to field partners, generate reports and PDFs, provide support, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell personal information.
Photographs and field content
Photographs and observations you upload are stored in private storage and are accessible only to members of your workspace, plus anyone you deliberately give a share link to. Share links can be revoked at any time from the report screen.
Sharing with third parties
We use service providers for hosting, database, storage, authentication and email delivery. They process data only to provide these services on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
Content is retained for as long as your workspace is active. You may request deletion of your workspace and its content at any time; backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
Security
Access is restricted by authentication and row-level access rules so each workspace can only reach its own records. Photographs are served through short-lived signed links.
Your choices
You can update your profile, revoke share links, remove team members and request export or deletion of your data.
